Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Print Your Own Business Cards, including our website and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and pay all charges, including taxes and shipping fees. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
Artwork and content
You represent that you own or have permission to use the artwork, logos, and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to reproduce and print your content solely to fulfill your order and provide previews. You may not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, or is offensive or harmful.
Proofing and approvals
You are responsible for reviewing your proof, trim, bleed, and safe area before approval. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the submitted artwork, including spelling, layout, or image quality.
Production standards
Printed colors may vary from digital previews due to screen settings and printing processes. Minor variations in trim, color, and alignment are common in print production and are not considered defects.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order promptly and notify us of any issues.
Cancellations and refunds
Printed products are made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on a reprint or refund at our discretion.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Your Own Business Cards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
